A Phone/Note/PTP item has a ‘Status’ of either ‘Open’ or ‘Closed’. By leaving an item ‘Open’, it will stay on your ‘To-do’ lists, which means that you will not forget to follow it up.
A Phone/Note/PTP item has a ‘Type’ of either ‘Account’ or ‘Group’. An ‘Account’ item is specific for the account and will only appear under that account. A ‘Group’ item will appear in every account within the same group.
For Phone/Note/PTP items, the ‘Date due’ field is mandatory. There are 2 date pickers for the due date; the first one allows you to pick a date from a calendar. The second one shows a workload graph, where you click on the date below the graph to select a date.
