The placement of the computer readable account number i.e. [ACC:*******] is important as Kuhlekt recognise everything before the first square bracket as being the subject line.

e.g.    I am a subject line [ACC:*******] results in the subject line in the email showing “I am a subject line”

[ACC:*******] I am a subject line will result in  a  blank or null subject so.

So  in summary:

• The [Account#] identifier is meant to be at the end of an email title
• The part before the identifier is taken as the email title
• If the line starts with [Account#] identifier then there is nothing to take as a title
• The email record requires a title
